Payment Plan

  • If booking more than 3 months before start date: 30% deposit upon booking, 70% full payment 3 months before start date
  • If booking less than 3 months before start date: 100% full payment

Cancellation Policy

  •  More than 12 months before start date: full deposit refund, minus €500 cancellation fee
  •   9 – 12 months before start date: deposit refunded as a voucher (valid for 1 year), minus €500 cancellation fee
  •   6 – 9 months before start date: 50% of deposit as a voucher (valid for 1 year), minus €500 cancellation fee
  •   3 – 6 months before start date: no deposit refund
  •   Less than 3 months before start date: no refund
